Cell-Ed offers busy adults on-the-go learning on any mobile device, including basic phones, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Learners simply call or connect to an app, listen to audio lessons, and gain skills through two-way texting and live coaching. No Internet or smart phone required!

 

Currently, Cell-Ed serves 13,000+ adults who are learning English and other foundational skills (literacy, numeracy, work skills). We are seeking a Partner Success Lead, who will work collaboratively to support project teams and leads in a wide array of tasks that include critical project support needs, literature reviews, coordinating stakeholder meetings, and supporting all efforts of the CalFresh Healthy Living project. This project is in partnership with the California Department of Social Services, where Cell-Ed will develop a SNAP-Ed mobile solution that provides a health & wellness mobile-first intervention to 100,000-plus CFHL/SNAP-Ed eligible Californians across the state. Potential to support Cell-Ed’s larger health portfolio.

 

This role is 100% remote with the flexibility to work fully remote, based anywhere in the U.S.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support and triage inbound communication with dozens, if not 100s, of key state- and county-level partners.
  • Manage and update the overall work plan and project timelines, working closely with the CFHL Project Director
  • Draft and send bi-weekly communications to partners via email, track open rates, and provide analytics to the team.
  • Help develop and keep updated webinar decks, online toolkits, training materials, marketing materials, and more. Upload materials onto web portals.
  • Respond promptly to partner queries and complaints, escalating as needed with managers and internal teams to prioritize, address, and solve issues.
  • Update materials for technical assistance, learner and partner onboarding, and more.
  • Work with marketing agencies as needed, as requested by Partner Success Manager.
  • Assist Partner Success Manager with onboarding of assigned partners including development of materials, presenting on webinars, and setting up accounts.
  • Collaborate with the project team and other internal teams to improve processes, partner retention, and user success.
  • Follow up regularly with stakeholders to ensure partner satisfaction including checking in on relationship/account.
  • Share issues, feedback, and suggestions to internal teams as appropriate, and work collaboratively to develop Cell-Ed healthcare products and operational solutions.
  • Support Project Director with budgeting and subcontracting with vendors.
  • Assist with vendor management for subcontractors.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in research and data analysis
  • Experience as an Account Representative, Partner Management, Sales, Client Success, Resource Development, or other related role
  • Knowledge of and experience working within public health, education and/or the social sectors
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and shifts based on needs of a fast-growing organization
  • Lived and/or professional experience with vulnerable adult populations
